Store Terms & Conditions

§1. General provisions

The Solmix online store is operated by Solmix New Energy Sp. z o.o., ul. Karola Olszewskiego 6, 25-663 Kielce, VAT ID 9592082805 (the “Seller”). Contact: kontakt@solmix.pl, tel. +48 796 025 005.

§2. Definitions

• Customer — a natural person, legal entity or organisational unit making a purchase.
• Consumer — a Customer who is a natural person making a purchase unrelated to their business activity.
• Order — a declaration of intent by the Customer aimed at concluding a sales contract.

§3. Placing orders

Orders may be placed via the store website, with or without an account. Prices are shown in Polish zloty. For retail customers prices are gross (incl. VAT); for businesses — net prices after logging in. The contract is concluded once the Seller confirms the order.

§4. Payment

The available payment method is bank transfer based on the issued proforma invoice. Transfer details are provided in the order confirmation. Fulfilment begins once the payment is credited.

§5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier, to a parcel locker, or via personal pickup — according to the options selected at checkout. Costs and timeframes are described on the Logistics & delivery page. You can track your order on the Track order page.

§6. Right of withdrawal (Consumer)

A Consumer may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, by submitting an appropriate statement. Returned goods must be sent back to the Seller's address. The refund is made promptly after the goods are received and verified. Submit requests on the Returns & complaints page.

§7. Complaints

The goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and statutory warranty. A complaint can be filed via the Returns & complaints page or by email. We handle complaints within up to 14 days.

§8. Protection of personal data

The rules for processing data are described in the Privacy Policy.

§9. Final provisions

Matters not covered herein are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms; orders placed before a change are subject to the version in force at the time of ordering.
