How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery takes 1–3 business days. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are shipped the same day.
Can I buy without registering?
Yes, you can shop without creating an account. Registering, however, gives you access to wholesale prices and the loyalty programme.
How do I return a product?
You have 14 days to return an item without giving a reason. Submit your request in the customer panel under Returns.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept online payments, bank transfers and — for B2B customers — deferred payment terms.
