Privacy Policy

Last updated: 19 July 2026

We care about your privacy. Below we explain what data we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your personal data is Solmix New Energy Sp. z o.o., ul. Karola Olszewskiego 6, 25-663 Kielce, VAT ID 9592082805 (“Solmix”). Contact for data matters: kontakt@solmix.pl.

2. What data we collect

  • Account and order data: first name, surname, email, phone, delivery and billing address, and for businesses — company name and VAT ID.
  • Transaction data: order history, invoices/proformas, transfer details.
  • Technical data: IP address, device and browser information, cookies (see the Cookie Policy).

3. Purposes and legal bases of processing

  • Fulfilment of orders and contract — art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).
  • Accounting and tax obligations (invoices) — art. 6(1)(c) GDPR.
  • Account service, enquiries and complaints — art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
  • Analytics and marketing (with consent, e.g. newsletter, remarketing) — art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
  • Establishing and defending claims — art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

4. Data recipients

Data may be shared with entities supporting the store's operation: courier/logistics companies, IT and hosting providers, the accounting office, payment operators and — with consent — providers of analytics tools (Google, Meta). These entities process data under data processing agreements.

5. Retention period

We keep order data for the period required by law (including 5 years for accounting documents). Account data — until the account is deleted. Data processed on the basis of consent — until it is withdrawn.

6. Your rights

You have the right to: access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, data portability, object, and withdraw consent at any time (without affecting prior processing). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO).

7. Cookies

We use cookies necessary for the store to function and — with your consent — analytical and marketing cookies. The rules and the option to change consent are described in the Cookie Policy.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Providing data is voluntary but necessary to create an account, place an order and issue documents. Without it, performance of the contract is not possible.

9. Changes to the policy

We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page.

This document is an informational template — before production publication we recommend review by a legal advisor for the specifics of your business.

We care about your privacy
