The Emiter 1x16 symmetrical PLC optical splitter in a metal tube housing is designed to divide optical power from one into sixteen fibers. The product is equipped with SC/APC connectors and a 9/125 µm single-mode fiber in the G.657A1 standard.

EmiterNet optical splitters are a fundamental component of passive PON and FTTH networks. They allow connecting a larger number of customers using a single optical fiber. The symmetrical 1x16 model is based on a 9/125 µm single-mode fiber in the ITU G.657A1 standard. The optical element is permanently housed in a metal tube.
