The Emiter DS18B20 indoor temperature sensor is designed to operate in building automation systems. The device utilizes a single-wire 1-Wire interface, allowing multiple sensors to be connected to the same data line. The temperature conversion resolution is user-programmable from 9 to 12 bits. The sensor is also equipped with programmable temperature alarms stored in non-volatile memory.
